Priority Access
Priority - This is our Priority ticket where you have access to our fan zone Priority areas from a Priority Turnstile at entry, benefit from designated Priority Toilets a Private Bar as well as being closer to the action on the screen. The priority area is slightly larger and has some seating areas. Not forgetting access to 'The Village' where you can enjoy our Super Bar, Food Village, Sport Activations and the 'Cup of London' which is a 14ft World Cup centrepiece designed by local artists. All priority tickets come with a complimentary drink. |

Gold VIP
Gold VIP - This is where it levels up! A VIP service that we have built from the ground up with your comfort and experience as the focus. From admission at a fast track turnstile you and your group will be greeted by a hostess who will escort you to your table positioned on our impressive 'Viewing Platform' that has been custom designed and installed for this event. Table service is standard for the duration of the event and you will have dedicated waiting staff ready to serve you drinks and food as you wish. The VIP package includes a £90 bar spend and a £20 food voucher to use as you wish at any food retailer in the village. This Ticket of course gives you access to all areas excluding the Platinum VIP areas. Bottle service and Premium drink brands will be available as well as access to our stadium toilets and gold bar area for privacy if you wish. The Gold VIP experience is limited to 39 tables. Platinum VIP
Platinum VIP - This is the ultimate VIP service like no other. Upon enquiry or purchase of the platinum ticket you will have a dedicated concierge service who will handle everything from transport arrangements to and from the venue, special requests for the day and security provisions. From admission at our private entry point you and your group will be greeted by your hostess who will escort you to your table positioned on the highest elevation of the event situated on the impressive 'Viewing Platform' that has been custom built at a 2 metre elevation and installed for the event. Table service with dedicated waiting staff coupled with our collaborative partners Fish Union who are ready to serve you top shelf wines and beverages with food staples found at there restaurant in Chislehurst. The Platinum VIP package includes a £160 bar spend and a 3 course meal. This Ticket gives you access to all areas and Platinum wings bar where you can view the action within an enclosed area if you wish. The Platinum VIP experience is limited to 36 tables. These Tickets go on sale in stages and available only through application. |

T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
